Casa Nova, a wonderful place to relax with your friends or family and enjoy the good life. From the roof terrace and the top apartment you have a great sea view. Within 10 minutes you are on the beach in Moraira. The lower apartment, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 5 people.

A holiday in Moraira mainly means enjoying the nice things that the village has to offer in a relaxed way. During the day, relax on one of the pleasant beaches or enjoy the live music at Saxo's disco bar. In the evening you can enjoy a delicious meal at various restaurants. If you are looking for more adventure or a sporting challenge, Moraira and its region are also very suitable for hiking, diving or cycling. With a rental car you can be in the larger towns of Calpe, Benidorm and Denia within 30 minutes.

We are Chris & Myrna, and have been the happy owners of Casa Nova since the summer of 2022. After a thorough renovation, where we have done as much as possible ourselves, our house is ready! We are very happy with this and look forward to sharing our home with others. It is a wonderful place to relax and to taste the Spanish life.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Check-in – 4:00 PM

rental period
The rental period in July and August runs from Saturday to Saturday. Outside these months it is possible to arrive and depart on other days. This will be coordinated before the reservation. Arrival between 4 and 7 pm. Departure no later than 10:00 am.

Warranty payment
A payment request will be sent after confirmation of your reservation. This concerns 50% of the rent. The remainder of the rent (50%) plus a €500 deposit must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. After the rental period, the villa will be cleaned and checked. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days. The final cleaning of €200 is included in the price.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the total rent is due. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the full rental price is due. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

Use swimming pool
The pool is cleaned by the specialist. The use of the swimming pool takes place expressly under the responsibility and liability of the tenant. Needless to say, the landlord points out that the pool is not suitable for children without a swimming certificate due to its depth.

Pets
In principle, pets are not allowed, but we are open to consultation. We reserve the right to refuse access to the villa if the tenant has brought a pet without consultation.
