The house is located next to a beautifully landscaped tropical-looking swimming pool with 8,000 m2 of land, where you can sunbathe and swim. Children can play wonderfully here. The living room has an open kitchen and a dining area. In addition, there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet in between. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin with modern vanity unit, where you can store your belongings. The bungalow has built-in cupboards. The master bedroom has an extra sink.
The house has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Netflix, WiFi, dishwasher, 3 air conditioners, and we also have a washing machine in the basement. The villa has a front garden and rear terrace, both with a dining table and chairs. You can use the 4 sunbeds around the pool. The pool is only accessible to the houses on our street and has a lot of privacy. The screened garden is beautifully maintained and has a tropical feel because of the palm trees. The outdoor shower by the pool has cold water.
There is space for several cars directly in front of the house.

Moraira is located halfway between Valencia (approx. 110 km) and Alicante (approx. 97 km) and is a lively village with beautiful sandy beaches, interspersed with beautiful bays. Moraira has many good restaurants and also has a marina. The great thing about Moraira is that you will not find high-rise buildings, but only beautiful low houses. The immediate area is ideal for sports activities such as: walking, cycling, golfing and water sports.
