The four-person apartment has a distant sea view from the large sunny and partly covered private terrace. The covered part and the awning provide shade.
From the terrace is the entrance to the modern and attractive apartment. The sitting area has patio doors to the terrace.

As mentioned before, the park is located within walking distance, about 2 km, from the beach and the center of Moraira. You walk on a footpath along vineyards straight into Moraira. It is an idyllic town on the Costa Blanca with a wonderful climate. You will not find mass tourism and high-rise buildings, but you will find all kinds of facilities such as restaurants, golf and tennis courts, hiking trails and small beaches. It has a beautiful hinterland and nice cities nearby such as Valencia where we can arrange a nice program for you in collaboration with "The Orange Guide". Such as bike tours and city walks.
In short, in Casa Luz and in Moraira all the ingredients for a great holiday are present.
