Our comfortable villa is located in a green residential area with beautiful views. Near the beach of El Portet and Moraira.

There is room for 7 people and the house is kid-proof with a complete baby(s) stock.
The kitchen has recently been completely renovated and so has the bathroom on the mezzanine floor with a walk-in shower.
Casa Lucia is located in the quiet residential area of Verde Pino. It offers panoramic views of vineyards and mountains with spectacular sunsets .
If you take the road down, after 2.5 km you will reach the beach of El Portet with nice terraces and the beautiful Moraira with marina and restaurants.
There are beautiful golf courses nearby and cycling routes and spectacular hiking trails to small bays and in the mountains for enthusiasts.
The village of Moraira is originally a small fishing village with a fish auction and a marina. There are many bays, beaches and terraces and restaurants where you can enjoy yourself. No mass tourism and high-rise buildings.
The area is impressive with many orange groves, vineyards, almond trees and not to mention the beautiful historic city of Valencia, just over an hour's drive from Moraira. Denia and Altea are also well worth a visit. We can offer trips through Orangeguide such as bicycle tours, city walks and wine tastings.
Our holiday home offers privacy and 2 covered verandas, one by the pool with a lounge set and the other on the living level with a large table where you can dine extensively and enjoy the beautiful view and the setting sun. In the garden there is another table and chairs under a shade cloth with a play area for children.
The house is furnished with contemporary furniture and good beds and equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is WIFI, TV with Chromecast and a Sonos sound system and fast internet. Baby cots and high chairs are available
The living room consists of two sitting areas on different levels , one with a balcony and a view of the vineyards and the other with a lounge sofa and fireplace , and a dining area . The kitchen and the bathroom on the mezzanine have just been completely renovated .
There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 smaller, all with air conditioning and the large one also with a fan. There are 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The house stands on 1000m2 of land with a Mediterranean garden with lemon and orange trees and palms. There is a private parking space.
For delicious cooking there is a gas BBQ and fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine and dishwasher and hand blender and many kitchen attributes ensure that you have everything, just like at home, to make your holiday pleasant
The house has a central heating system and air conditioners
and therefore also wonderful to relax in the winter. We ensure good hygiene.
