Holiday villa Casa Lucia – Moraira, Costa Blanca

Casa Lucia is an attractive holiday villa with panoramic views over the valley and the mountains, located just 2.5 km from El Portet and the cozy Moraira. Thanks to its flexible layout, the villa is ideal for both couples and families. Casa Lucia can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. For families, an extra bedroom is also available for 2 children, making the villa suitable for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
In the quiet residential area of Verde Pino you can enjoy peace, space and privacy, while the beach, restaurants and amenities are close by.

From the living room and terrace you can look out over the valley and the surrounding mountains. Every day, the sunsets here provide a special moment.

The villa is attractively and practically furnished, with nice seating areas inside and outside so that you can choose between sun or shade at any time of the day. It is a place where you can really relax and enjoy together.

The living area is furnished with contemporary furniture and consists of two sitting areas on different levels: one with balcony and view, and one with comfortable lounge sofa and dining area.

Outside you will find two covered verandas: a lounge area by the pool and a spacious dining table on the living level, ideal for long evenings dining with a view. In the garden there is also an extra seating area with shade cloth and a play area for children.

The villa offers a lot of privacy and can accommodate up to 6 adults. There are toys and games available, making it very suitable for families as well. Up to two folding cots can be added. The lower floor is ideal for families with children, with a separate children's room on the same level and accessible via an external staircase.

All four bedrooms have comfortable beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, shutters and mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with toilet on each floor.

There is fast WiFi throughout the house and by the pool, making the villa suitable for remote work as well. In addition, there is a SONOS speaker (own account required) and a television with Chromecast for streaming your own content.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen amenities. Outside by the pool is a gas barbecue.

The villa is located on a plot of 1,000 m² and has central heating, making it comfortable to stay even in winter. The property is fully fenced for extra privacy. There is on-site parking for three cars.

Via the road towards the sea you can reach the beach of El Portet with cozy terraces within a few minutes. A little further is Moraira, a charming former fishing village with marina, beaches, restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere without mass tourism.

There is a lot to do in the area: golf courses a short distance away, beautiful cycling and walking routes along bays and through the mountains. Trips to Valencia, Altea and Dénia are also very worthwhile, as is the hinterland with orange groves, vineyards and almond fields.

Winter rental

Casa Lucia is ideal for winter stays (only use of the upper floor). Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March, the rent is per 4 weeks on request. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us via 'Ask the landlord a question'.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.

Since 2014 we have been the proud owners of this house. We were immediately sold by the quiet location, close to the beach of El Portet and the cozy Moraira. The house is warm and attractively decorated, so that you immediately feel at home. A nice place to enjoy together with family or friends, with beautiful views of the mountains. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

After your booking, you will receive a standard contract from us with all agreements clearly listed. The reservation is final as soon as we have received the signed contract and the deposit.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation from the booking date until 42 days before arrival: 30%
Cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before arrival: 60%
Cancellation from 28 days to the day of arrival:100% 

Key Manager
Upon arrival in Spain, you will be kindly welcomed by our key manager. He will be happy to show you around the villa and help you with any questions. If desired, we will also be happy to send you tips in advance for restaurants, beaches and fun trips in the area.

Hygiene
We pay a lot of attention to hygiene. There are always plenty of cleaning products available.

Energy costs
Due to increased energy costs, we have been working with settlement based on actual consumption since 2023. In the winter period, the advance payment is slightly higher due to the use of central heating. These amounts can be found on the invoice under 'Deposit advance energy and 'additional energy costs'.

Surcharges

* Arrival and/or departure on Sunday or public holidays: € 30 per time
* Arrival after 21:00: € 25,-
* Arrival after 24:00: € 50,-

These costs will be deducted from the deposit.

High season
During the school holidays we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 7 nights.

A cot and/or high chair is available at the following rates:

* Cot: € 25 per stay
* High chair: € 12.50 per stay
* Complete set: € 30,- per stay

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Valencia, a beautiful city for a day trip. Culture, museums and delicious food. A guided bike tour is especially recommended. Check out “the orange guide” nice Dutch women who offer all kinds of trips in and around Valencia. And of course eating paella at the rice fields in Albufera. A real experience.
Playa de Portichol and Playa de la Granadella are idyllic bays in the area of Javea. Cala Clemence is a nice restaurant here.
Ecological walking path along the sea with a description of the flora and fauna. Start in Benissa Costa.
Small streets, nice shops and restaurants. View over the bay.
There are tennis and padel courts in the Solpark district. Several golf courses within a short distance such as Benitaxell, Ifach and La Sella. There is a dive shop and boats for rent in Moraira. E-bikes at Moraira e-bikes
After a beautiful walk to Cap Prim, you can enjoy lunch at Cala Clemence.
From the house you can walk through the gorge to the smuggler's beach Cala Llebeig. A nice trip, you can also go further to Cala Moraig.
