Layout Casa Los Moros in Moraira
The stairs take you to the spacious terrace of the upper floor and you walk into the spacious holiday home through the patio doors. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment such as dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso machine. There is a 4-person dining area. The living room has a sitting area with Dutch TV, fireplace and music system. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: also has a double bed (180x200cm) Bedroom 3: has 2 x a single bed (90x200cm). There is one separate bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The spacious balcony has a sitting and dining area.
The ground floor: From the naja you walk into the kitchen of the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine. There is a 4-person dining area. Bedroom 4: has a double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 5: has a double bed (160x200) and is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outside at Casa Los Moros
The spacious naja is a nice place for the whole family, whether you want to relax on the lounge sofa, play a game at the table or just read a book in the shade, it's all possible. There is a separate toilet with shower. To the right of the naja is the garden with a canopy where there is a lounge set . If you don't want to eat out, you can also use the gas BBQ. Around the kidney-shaped swimming pool (approximately 7x4 m and 1.80 deep) are 8 sunbeds. There is a carport suitable for 1 car, other cars can be parked on the road.
Practical information
-In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
-Lower price up to 6 people: Casa Los Moros can be rented outside the high season (July & August) at a reduced rate. The prices in the table are up to 6 people. A surcharge applies from 7 people. When booking up to 6 people (from 2 years) you can use the entire house, both upstairs and downstairs. Children under 2 years old do not count in the occupation.
-There are 5 bedrooms, however use of the holiday home with 10 people is on request.
-We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
Stay in the winter months
Casa Los Moros is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. Ask us about the special winter prices.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
