As you drive through the gate into the driveway, you will be captivated by the breathtaking vistas of the lush valley and majestic mountains, which provide the backdrop for an unforgettable vacation.
The main home is located on the upper floor and features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, ideal for gatherings with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with amenities such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker, ensures effortless meal prep during your stay. Next to the living room is a spacious covered terrace with beautiful views of the valley, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets.
On the top floor, you will also find two inviting bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air-conditioned for your comfort. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, while a separate bathroom offers extra convenience with shower, sink and toilet.
Discover a separate apartment downstairs, complete with its own living room with sofa, TV and dining area. There is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Two more cosy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, offer plenty of space for relaxation. A well-appointed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet adds to the comfort of this lower level.
Outside, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mediterranean garden or take a refreshing dip in the private pool, which can be heated on request (see conditions below). Relax and soak up the sun on the lounge beds and enjoy dinner in the outdoor area with a BBQ Grill.

1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The property is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 10:00 pm are strictly forbidden at all times.
4: The pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The costs are € 20 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
