IMPORTANT to know that we live on the top floor so no noise after 24 hours. 600 meters from the main road to Moraira in a quiet area you will arrive in a cul-de-sac at our driveway with electric gate. There are 2 parking spaces for you. Via the outside stairs you reach your own floor. You enter through the living room from which all rooms can be reached directly. There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and central heating and 2 bathrooms with toilet. 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub.
The open kitchen is not large but offers microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker, air fryer and refrigerator. Living room has television with satellite so many foreign channels such as Dutch, English, German and Spanish.
Outside a terrace with plenty of shade, the private swimming pool with sun loungers, in the tea house with dining table with outdoor kitchen with BBQ and 2 burner electric stove. Further in the garden with fruit trees several sitting areas.
Bluetooth speaker available for free against a deposit of 40 euros.
Check-in between 4 and 10 pm. Check out before 10 am.
We live on the top floor. You will see us at the reception and farewell and if you need us for tips about the area or restaurants, for example.
