This is what you call one of those holiday homes that you discover by hearsay. It is nice on a small scale! Holiday home Casa Girasol is a detached, well-maintained single-storey house. At the front of the house is a garden / terrace and is equipped with a comfortable lounge set, also at the rear of the house is a small garden with 2 nice sun loungers and a dining table to have breakfast in the shade. One street away (2 min walk) is the spacious communal swimming pool. Restaurants, shops and beach are just steps away. Moraira is traditionally a Spanish fishing village with many cozy squares and terraces.

At the front of the house you enter the cozy living room with TV, sitting area and dining table. From here you walk into the semi-open kitchen which is equipped with a fridge with freezer, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Airfryer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave. Good WIFI, there is fiber optic available so that internet works very well. Bedroom 1: a double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3: a single bed (90x200). All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom 2: shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Both bathrooms have an electric radiator. Safe, ironing board and iron available.
Outdoor living at Casa Girasol
Outside it is good to stay at Casa Girasol. Because a nice place has been created at both the front and the back of the house, there is always a possibility to stay in the sun or shade. Outside you will find a lounge set, 2 sun loungers. parasol and a 4-seater dining table. The barbecue (coal) completes the picture, enjoying the long sultry Spanish summer evenings together. Next to the house is a private parking space (not locked) for 1 car.

Particularities
- In July and August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter rental
