Casa Flor our cozy and quiet bungalow in Moraira! Within walking distance of the village, beach and the many restaurants! There are several terraces around the house, so always a sunny or shady corner! Private small pool and large pool around the corner. Completely renewed and refreshed!

Casa Flor is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood and there is a private driveway. There is a lot of nature all around.

Electric bicycles available with deposit! An asset in this beautiful region!

Suitable for two to four people; two bedrooms, 1 with box spring, 1 good sofa bed, 1 bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and accessories. Everything has recently been renewed, including the furniture!

We are Chris and Karine from Belgium. Our activity is in the decoration sector, a job that we always do with heart and soul! Since 2023, we have usually been staying in Spain ourselves. We are in love with the area of Moraira and love the pleasant life here so much! With the rental of our CASA FLOR we would like to share this with you. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement more than 4 months in advance, there is no cost. In the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent. If a tenant wants to rent for more than 30 days, exceptional permission from the owner is required.
