The house was thoroughly refurbished in the spring of 2022 so that it completely meets today's needs. The house consists of 2 separate floors, each with its own entrance. Each floor is equipped with a kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, kettle, fridge and freezer, a bathroom, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms with sleeping space for at least 4 people (the beds are made on arrival). Bath, bed and kitchen linen are available for 2 people per floor (for more people 15 euros pp extra). The top floor has a south-facing balcony with sea view and beautiful views over the well-maintained communal garden with palm trees, green grass and a large swimming pool. Enjoy the sun or the shade under the awnings all day long. Via a staircase you walk down into the private garden with a large bbq, cozy sitting area and a dining table. In this garden there is also access to the second floor. The price is focused on the rent of both floors, if you prefer to rent 1 floor, 250 euros will be deducted from the weekly price and 90 euros from the cleaning costs. Both floors will never be rented separately to people who do not know each other. This house is, due to the 2 separate floors, perfect for a family with several (or somewhat larger) children, couples who want to go on holiday together but also want their own privacy or people who would like to spend the winter and do not necessarily need a very large house. Are you coming to spend the winter and would you like to receive friends or family who are staying for a while? Then of course you can do that in the second floor. In the winter months it is possible to rent the whole house for a longer period of time at a reduced rate. The climate is ideal for hibernating! The house is located about a 20-minute walk to the beach and cozy bars and restaurants. Around the corner from the house is also a delicious restaurant. Several supermarkets can be found at a distance of between 2 and 4 kilometers and are easy to reach by car. There are several beautiful beaches and cozy, authentic villages close by and are all easily accessible by car.
