Casa Duende is a modern 6-person villa (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) with heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and a large terrace full in the sun! The various beaches and restaurants of Moraira are a fifteen minute walk away, a nice path along the vineyards of the Vall de les Sorts. Tennis and Padel Club Sol park is 500 meters from the house.
Casa Duende is a sustainable and gas-free house with solar panels and a heat pump. This also means for tenants that energy costs are low and that in winter the house is comfortably heated with underfloor heating without the huge gas bills that are common in Spain. There is also the possibility to charge your electric car via the solar panels!

The house has a spacious living room with open kitchen. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace where there is a large lounge set and a 10-person table for drinks and food. The terrace is partly covered, has an outdoor kitchen with extra refrigerator and there is a Weber gas BBQ. At the pool is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor have double box spring beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric shutters and all open onto the terrace. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other bedroom has its own bathroom in the hallway.
An outside staircase leads to the first floor, where the 3rd bedroom is located. This room has a double box spring bed, bathroom and a large terrace with views over Moraira.
In the garden there is a 120-year-old olive tree and palm trees, banana plants, oleanders and bougainvilleas.
The swimming pool can be heated in spring and autumn.
Furthermore, there is of course a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen has all the equipment you need; Nespresso with milk frother, blender, toaster, orange squeezer and much more.
In the living room there is a 50 inch TV (with Dutch channels and Netflix option). In the master bedroom there is an extra TV with Netflix / Chromecast connection.
There is space to park two cars on the property.
