Casa Duende Moraira

Casa Duende is a modern 6-person villa with heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and a large terrace full of sunshine! The various beaches and restaurants of Moraira are a fifteen-minute walk away, a nice path along the vineyards of the Vall de les Sorts. Tennis club and Padel club Sol park is located 500 meters from the house.

Casa Duende is a sustainable and gas-free house with solar panels and a heat pump. This also means for tenants that energy costs are low and that in winter the house is comfortably heated with underfloor heating without the enormous gas bills that are common in Spain. There is also the option to charge your electric car via the solar panels!

Layout:
The house has a spacious living room with open kitchen. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace where there is a large lounge set and a 10-person table for enjoying drinks and food. The terrace is partly covered, has an outdoor kitchen with extra refrigerator and a Weber gas BBQ. The pool has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor have double box spring beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric shutters and all open onto the terrace. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other bedrooms have their own bathroom in the hallway.

An external staircase takes you to the first floor, where the 3rd bedroom is located. This room has a double box-spring bed, walk-in closet, bathroom and a large terrace with a view over Moraira.

The garden has a 120-year-old olive tree and palm trees, banana plants, oleanders and bougainvilleas.

The swimming pool can be heated in spring and autumn. (from April to October)

There is of course a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen has all the equipment you need; Nespresso with milk frother, blender, toaster, orange juicer, Versapers slow juicer and much more.

The living room has a 50-inch TV (with Dutch channels and Netflix option). The master bedroom has an extra TV with Netflix / Chromecast connection.

There is room to park two cars on the property.
