Welcome to our luxurious, charming, recently completely renovated, BOhemian style holiday home in picturesque Moraira on the Costa Blanca. This comfortable and cozy corner house located in a quiet, well-maintained community with a communal swimming pool and beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens, is ideal for families, couples or friends (25+) who want to enjoy peace, space and authentic Spanish life. With a perfect location on the sun, it is the ideal place to relax and recharge in a nice, relaxed atmosphere!
Dwelling
The attractive corner house is spread over two floors. A small staircase (five steps) from the street side leads to the front door. On this floor is the cozy living and dining room with fully equipped Ibiza style kitchen, two bedrooms with brand new box springs (1.60x2.00m) and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower. Everything is air-conditioned and the rear bedroom has its own smart TV. Directly off the living room is a Spanish naya, or a covered terrace, with lounge set and beautiful wide views over the vineyards. The opening windows in the naya make it wonderful to stay outside in both summer and winter!
From the naya a staircase leads down to the other floor. Here is a spacious bedroom with two new single box springs (0.90x2.00m) and an adjoining luxury bathroom with rain shower. The bedroom opens onto a large terrace with a six-person dining table (which can be enlarged to 8 people), two sunbeds and a barbecue. The terrace is very private due to the stone partition with wooden door. From the terrace you can walk straight into the garden and within a few steps you are at the communal pool - ideal for a refreshing dip!
Both the naya and the terrace have an electric awning that makes it possible to sit comfortably outside even on hot days.
The holiday home has 1 private parking space. Other cars can be parked on the public road.
Within 20 minutes you can walk to the beach or the cozy center of Moraira - by car you are there in less than 5 minutes!
Studio, optional to rent
The corner house also has a separate studio on the ground floor (seen from the rear), or a third floor. It has its own kitchen, a cozy sitting area (both inside and outside), a new double box spring (1.60x1.90m) and has a compact but luxuriously finished bathroom. The studio is suitable for two people and can be rented as an extra space (see prices in additional costs under "extra rental guest house").
The studio does not have its own parking space. The car can be parked on the public road.
Praise
The prices shown are the prices of the 6-person holiday home. Our prices include cleaning costs and linen (beds made on arrival plus two towels per person and kitchen linen is also included). The price shown is therefore the total price, which is very clear! The studio can be rented optionally, which makes the house suitable for a total of 8 people.
