This beautifully renovated and attractively furnished villa with private swimming pool and phenomenal sea view offers you an oasis of tranquility and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The property is fully fenced and equipped with a large electric gate that provides access to parking for two cars on site.

This 4-bedroom villa can accommodate 9 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing and an en-suite bathroom with double sink, bath, walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe space. The fourth bedroom has three single beds and a fitted wardrobe. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. All bedrooms have shutters and air conditioning to ensure a good night's sleep. In the separate laundry room you can use a washing machine, dryer and ironing board with iron.

The modern kitchen with cooking island is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large gas fire and an American fridge/freezer with ice maker. Both the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning. During the cooler periods you can enjoy a meal at the table in the kitchen, where you have a beautiful view of the sea and the fishing village of Moraira through the large windows. In the living room you can relax by the fireplace.

Outside is a spacious private swimming pool with mood lighting for a wonderful swim. You can dream away on one of the cozy lounge chairs. In the sun or rather in the shade? Something for everyone... At the front of the terrace is a breakfast table where you can enjoy the first rays of the sun in the morning with a view of the sea. Next to the swimming pool you can take a seat in the cozy sitting area or join us for a nice BBQ at the large dining table. On one of the other terraces around the house you can isolate yourself or enjoy a snack and a tap with your company. Casa Beniluz is more than just a holiday. Enjoyment is the message!
