Casa Anna

Casa Anna is a detached holiday home (with air conditioning and fans in the 3 bedrooms) which consist of two floors, terraces, swimming pool and more.

We also hibernate from November to April  for information mail us!

what's new for the new holiday season 2025 from April 15 a second beautiful bathroom

The Villa is located in a quiet, green area with a beautiful view over the valley from the upper terrace with a piece of sea view, a walled garden (plot 800 m²) with various (shaded) seating areas and lots of greenery and bougainvilleas. The garden of the villa has been redesigned and equipped with a private swimming pool 8 x 4 meters. 
The  6 person living-sleeping area of the Villa is located on the ground floor, on the ground floor with the swimming pool and large terrace.

The house has a cozy living room with flat screen TV with all Dutch channels. The kitchen is equipped with all luxury and built-in appliances including a delicious espresso machine, dolce gusto and senseo. The 3 spacious bedrooms have lovely beds with mattress with topper. These are also equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. There is heating in the living room (for the cooler days) and the bedrooms are equipped with very quiet air conditioners for heat and/or cold settings.  You can park your car on site. The parking area is closed off by a workable fence. Under the carport, your car stays nice and cool in the summer months. The property is quietly located in the Sabatera area within walking distance (only 20 minutes) of the Mediterranean Sea and the fishing village of Moraira. Dutch supermarket is 500 meters away, Lidl, Carrefour and Aldi etc. Less than 1 km. The house is completely fenced, which is ideal for a stay with children.

There is present:
Radio/TV (Canal digital with Dutch reception (included), CD player, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, Dolce Gusto, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, high chair, camping cot (up to 1 year), for children from 1 to 3 years we facilitate a rack so that the child cannot roll out, see photo, BBQ place in the garden, garden furniture, parasol, sunbeds, lovely outdoor shower etc. There is internet (Wifi) included. Games and reading books.
From the upper terrace you have an unobstructed view over the valley with always a lovely breeze and sun all day if desired. It is delicious to have breakfast here with the sound of the birds. Here is also a naya (loggia with windows that can be opened completely) with lounge set, table and chairs. The lower terrace offers complete privacy with a large dining table, 6 chairs and a patio cover (tarp) made of UV resistant material (front and side terrace) see photos. There is a BBQ area with Boretti outdoor BBQ available in the landscaped garden with mood lighting.
This season we have a beautiful table tennis table where we can provide our guests with even more fun. In short, to relax in a beautiful villa, there are also padel and tennis courts 200 m from the house.

Ps. The upstairs apartment is not rented out and is not inhabited during the rental period.
(of course the upper terrace and the Naya is for use by our guests).

We went to Casa Anna for 2 weeks in July and had a great time! A very cozy furnished house, completely complete!
We immediately felt at home. We were the first guests to enjoy the pool and we certainly did!
It was very hot and the pool was blissful. We were with 3 teenagers and they certainly enjoyed it.
The view from the terrace is beautiful and the surroundings are also very nice. Moraira is a very pleasant village to have a bite to eat or a terrace in the evening
In short: we had a great holiday and definitely worth repeating! Thank you for that!
