A comfortable modern villa where you can relax, organize a romantic getaway in the beautiful surroundings of Moraira or plan your next beach holiday. Moraira has many cozy terraces, cafes, restaurants and beaches.

You enter directly into a trendy living room, with plenty of seating options and air conditioning for you to enjoy in comfort and style. This is the space to catch up on your daily business, plan tomorrow's adventures and enjoy each other's company.

There is satellite TV with 'TV Nederland' (Canal Digital), Spanish channels and BBC, and free WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and large freezer, induction hob, Senseo and coffee filter machine, kettle and all kitchen utensils. The dining area seats 4, along with all the necessary crockery and more.

This home sleeps four people comfortably with 2 separate bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning. In the hallway you will find the bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Walk out the door onto a covered terrace with a beautiful unobstructed view over the valley and the large garden, which could well become the center of your holiday! Here you will find a lot of space, lots of greenery and your own swimming pool to spend the hot Spanish days cool and comfortable.

Casa Anade is absolutely perfect for a couple or small family looking to get the most out of a holiday on the Costa Blanca.

2: You have 250 kWh of electricity per week. For additional consumption, the kWh is €0.45 per kWh.
3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
4: Please note that the area next to the villa is under construction, which may cause noise during the day.
