In other words, apartment with a view of the olive tree. And the striking olive tree that stands in the heart of the center on the roundabout of the picturesque fishing village of Moraira. The apartment on the second floor is spacious, bright and offers up to 4 comfortable sleeping places (2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms). In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your own meal. Washing up can be done by hand, but there is also a new dishwasher.
As soon as you step out of the front door from the hall (via elevator or stairwell), you can see the sea 280 meters away. Shops, boulevard, harbor, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. The swimming pool for shared use is in the quiet courtyard and is only accessible to residents/tenants. In the fully fenced courtyard there are also sun loungers and a number of playground equipment for the little ones.
If you are by car, you can park it safely in the closed parking garage under the complex. We have our own, easily accessible place there.
