ACCOMMODATION
Hidden in a cul-de-sac of a quiet residential area, The James welcomes its guests. When the inviting wooden front door opens, you immediately feel the relaxed atmosphere that makes this stylish bungalow so special.
Immediately in front of the house is one of the nicest places in the house: the spacious terrace with the cozy covered naya;
+ The outdoor area was laid out with characterful brick planters, ornamental grasses, strelitzias and various cacti that immediately bring you into southern atmospheres. The wooden sunbeds with thick, comfortable cushions are perfect for a long, lazy siesta and to enjoy the Spanish sun.
+ Around the robust stone dining table in the naya you can enjoy long breakfasts, a sun-drenched aperitif in the afternoon or a cozy summer evening that can last just a little longer. A brick bench, comfortable chairs and a large wicker hanging lamp, together with beautiful terracotta pots with plants, provide a warm Mediterranean look. Here you can enjoy the shade, and there is also a large parasol for those who prefer to avoid the sun.
From the naya you step directly into the open plan living space . Here, the living room, dining area and kitchen flow into each other in a natural way. In the dining area we find a second round stone table for four guests. The sitting area with large sofa and a stylish club chair by the fireplace looks warm and atmospheric. Calm colours, natural materials and a refined Japandi interior ensure that you can immediately relax here.
The open kitchen extends along the entire left side wall of the bungalow. With a spacious worktop, modern appliances and a nice collection of Pomax household goods, the kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to make the time to stir the pots themselves during the holidays. With an induction hob, combi oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils, it really lacks nothing to conjure up the most delicious meals on the table.
At the back of the house, three authentic Spanish panel doors lead to the beautiful bathroom and the two bedrooms. In terms of design, the line is continued; the quiet and elegant Japandi atmosphere will make you feel like you are in a hotel in your own home.
