Beautiful apartment with fantastic views over the rice fields and sea. The apartment is fully equipped and has a new kitchen and bathroom (2023). It is quietly located at the beginning of the Monte Pego urbanization. Through the private parking you enter the house through the front garden. At the rear is a large terrace. An air conditioner has been installed in the living room and in one bedroom in 2024.
The communal swimming pool is located about 50 meters from the apartment and is beautifully situated among the trees and flowers.
There is plenty to do in the area; wander around Denia, visit the castle in Denia and the fish market in the harbour. The shopping street with its beautiful row of trees is a wonderful place to stay. In the direction of Pego there is a beautiful hiking area. Take a walk to La Font Salada and bring your swimsuit!
The beaches of Oliva are lovely and lively. This also applies to the beaches at Javea. A quiet, smaller beach is the closest, less than 10 minutes by car.
In winter, you can heat the apartment via the wood stove or air conditioning. In the winter months there is also a dryer available (for cash (piggy bank).

In July 2021 we bought this beautiful apartment as a stay for our holidays. We are a carpenter and a teacher and live in North Brabant. We would like you to enjoy our apartment and its beautiful surroundings. We now have a new bathroom and kitchen and the apartment is equipped with a wood stove for the necessary warmth and coziness in the middle of winter. For coolness in the summer, two air conditioning units will be installed in May 2024.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include wood, drinking water and electricity. The deposit is € 300,--. The mandatory final cleaning costs € 100,-- and will be deducted from the deposit. The price does not include the power consumption of the air conditioning. This is charged at € 0.26 per kWh. The consumption per air conditioner costs about € 0.75 per hour. The electricity consumption is also deducted from the deposit. Deposit is 25% of the total rental price and must be paid immediately after approval of the application.
Arrival is from 2:00 p.m. and departure before 10:00 a.m. If you have a late flight back, we can discuss the departure time.

Cancellation Policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
