Our 4-room villa is located at the foot of the Monte Pego mountain and is equipped with all the luxury and comfort to give you a wonderful holiday! Villa fully furnished in Riviera Maison style where you can stay all year round.

Heating through the fireplace and the Daikin Air Conditioning offer you extra comfort. Luxury bedding, plenty of towels, bathrobes and even beach towels are waiting for you. 

The beautiful swimming pool with its panoramic views offers a lot of entertainment for young and old and is child-friendly, equipped with an outdoor shower and luxurious sun beds, this is a wonderful place for your group. 

Luxury, comfort and sustainability are spearheads for us. You can control the individual air conditioners and Philips Hue lighting via an app on your smartphone; Great if you return to a wonderfully cool house after a day at the beach or inland!

The villa is equipped with 5 air conditioners; each bedroom is equipped with a DAIKIN air conditioner with WIFI module, the living room is also equipped with air conditioning. 

Casa Bellavista 515 is divided into 2 floors and can accommodate 2-4 people or up to 8 adults and 2 children up to 4 yrs.

Classification:
The entire house is located on the first floor, here you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa by the fireplace, a large dining table for 8 people, the renovated and luxurious kitchen that is fully equipped, the bathroom is equipped with a bath and rain shower, the Master Bedroom has a luxurious King-size bed and offers plenty of closet space, Spanish shutters on the windows and a beautiful view give you that wonderful holiday feeling. Bathrobes and slippers are at your disposal.

On this floor there is another spacious bedroom with a luxurious queen-size box spring and phenomenal views.

In addition, there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with queen-size box springs (or 2 x 1 person), 1 of these bedrooms is very spacious, here is enough space for 1 to 2 cots.

A workplace has also been realized; Feel free to combine work & vacation with your family!  Then you will find a bathroom with rain shower and a small pantry with refrigerator and coffee/tea facilities. These rooms offer views of the pool.

Because the villa is built on a mountain, it is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. We also recommend the use of a (rental) car. Supermarket is 5 minutes away in the villages of El Verger or Pego.

The beach is a 10-minute drive away, a beautiful route through the nature reserve La Marjal takes you to the wonderful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca.

Great for families with small children, the beach is very wide and slopes gently into the sea.

The golf course of Oliva Nova is a 10-minute drive away, the bustling Mediterranean city of Denia is about a 20-minute drive away. With its beautiful castle on top of a high rock, the large marina and many restaurants and shops, a wonderful city to stay in! 

Drive inland and visit the many caves and hike to the waterfalls! Come and swim in the natural spring of La Marjal where the water is constantly 24 degrees!
