What could be better than sitting on the terrace in the morning, with a cup of coffee, checking the mail or reading the newspaper in the sun.

In the morning you can have a delicious breakfast on the terrace, that's a holiday. Sandwiches can be picked up fresh daily at the adjacent supermarket. 5 minutes walk.
This luxury coffee machine can make all types of coffee. The coffee pads have a barcode so the machine knows exactly how to make the best coffee.
Enjoy the terrace. Or just play a game.
In the morning you can enjoy breakfast outside or a nice cup of coffee with a view of the pool

Take a nice walk through the watermill park in Torrevija. If you walk through this park you will arrive at a vast beach for the necessary relaxation.
La Mata beach for those seeking peace and quiet.
After a nice walk through the park, the squirrels will automatically come and get you some treats. They eat right out of your hand.
The car can be safely parked in the parking garage under the apartment. A closed storage room is available for the beach or golf gear. This parking lot is near the lift.

The roof terrace is spacious, There are several ways to relax. You also have a beautiful view of one of the two swimming pools from this terrace.
The apartment inside is fully air-conditioned. Each room has its own unit so you can cool down.

Los Montesinos is located in one of the healthiest regions of Spain. It’s said that this is due to the two large salt lakes in the area. Whether this is true or not, in Los Montesinos, it’s always "buenos dias" every day. Los Montesinos is less than ten kilometres away from the sea and the beach, and the two famous salt lakes are close by, in the beautiful Parc Natural de les Llacunes la Mate i Torrevieja, where you can also go for beautiful walks. There’s also plenty to do in Los Montesinos itself. Wander through the narrow streets, with their numerous nice restaurants and shops. Those who like playing golf can bring their clubs because there are several lovely golf courses. And fancy going on a daytrip? Why not visit Rojales or Torrevieja?
