Explanation of prices

Canceling a booked trip – If a cancellation is necessary after confirmation of the booking, please contact the landlord in writing. Casa La Mariposa will endeavor to accommodate the guest for any change in booking, but cannot guarantee that such request will be met without charge.

Any deposits and additional mandatory fees are non-refundable. The remaining amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in. After these 30 days, the booked trip can no longer be canceled and the full amount is due. Other cases must be considered as a special reason, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Casa La Mariposa.

The guest is responsible for his or her rental period and in the event of delays due to his or her trip, it is his or her own responsibility.
