With a spacious and attractive living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of living space for max. 4 people. From the living room you have direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace, overlooking the garden and the communal swimming pools. In addition, the penthouse has a private roof terrace with sunbeds, lounge sofa, dining area, outdoor shower and with beautiful views over the pink salt lake of Torrevieja.

The cozy and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area, a Smart TV and a dining area. Through the living room you reach the outdoor terrace (18 m2) with lounge area, dining table and relax chair. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden and the communal swimming pools.

A staircase leads to the spacious and fully furnished roof terrace: an absolute eye-catcher. Here is a lounge set, dining table with 6 chairs, sunbeds and a pergola over the width of the terrace. The place to sunbathe, relax or enjoy a drink at sunset.

The open kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hob with extractor hood. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, but also a filter coffee machine.

The master bedroom has a comfortable 2-person box-spring bed (180×200), built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower), washbasin and toilet.

The second bedroom has two single beds with premium mattresses (90×200) and a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom, accessible through the hall, is also luxuriously equipped with walk-in shower (rain shower), washbasin and toilet.

The pantry has a washing machine and pantry.

The entire apartment has air conditioning which is adjustable per room, and super fast fiber optic internet (1 Gbit). Of course, Wi-Fi is free for guests.

A private parking space is located in the closed underground car park, with lift to the ground floor. There are plenty of free parking spaces outside the complex.

The complex has two swimming pools (1 for small children), a beautifully landscaped garden and an outdoor area with sports equipment.

Perfect location

The immediate area is ideal for those who love hiking, cycling and nature. A short distance away are several supermarkets (100m), shops, restaurants and bars. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach several beautiful golf courses, Zenia Boulevard and beautiful beaches such as Playa Flamenca. As a result, Casa Solavita combines a quiet living environment with the convenience of nearby amenities.

The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning which is adjustable per room.  

Guests can make free use of the available Wi-Fi.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the tenant

Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail).

Cancellation up to 42 days before arrival? 20% of the rent is due.

Cancellation within 42 days before arrival? 100% of the rent is due.

No refunds are possible within 6 weeks of arrival. We recommend taking out cancellation and travel insurance.

Cancellation by the landlord

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, sale of the property or a double booking, the host may cancel the reservation. In that case, the rent paid will be refunded in full, without additional compensation. The landlord is not liable for costs of services booked by the renter, such as airline tickets or car rental.

  • The home must be used with care and nuisance must not be caused.
  • In case of damage to our property above the deposit amount, the tenant is obliged to make an additional payment within 7 days after notification.
  • Damage must be reported immediately to the owner and compensated by the tenant (with photo to determine which damage it concerns in order to avoid discussions and misunderstandings).
  • Casa Solavita is not intended for holding bachelor parties, student events or other parties with excessive alcohol consumption.

Additional information

A small supermarket (Carrefour Express) and a daily shop are 100 meters away. The larger supermarkets are about 1/1.5 km away (Mercadona/Aldi).
There is also a Dutch supermarket (Super Costa Blanca) at 8 min. drive.
Several cafes and restaurants in Los Balcones itself or a short drive away.
Even more choice and nightlife in Torrevieja, Punta Prima, La Zenia and Villamartin (~5–15 min drive).
Punta Prima Beach – blue flag beach with promenade & bars (~5–10 min drive).
Playa de los Náufragos & Playa Torrevieja – wide sandy beaches with palm trees and cozy beach clubs (~5–10 min).
Playa La Mata & Cabo Roig – popular beaches for long walks and water sports.
Torrevieja center: ±10 minutes drive.
For those who love markets, Torrevieja's weekly market offers local delicacies, artisan products, and colorful souvenirs.
The tourist Lemon Tree market is every Sunday (~20 min. driving distance)
Larger shopping centers such as Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard at ~10 min.
