Well-located, detached, single-storey villa with private swimming pool, which we renovated and completely modernized in 2018. The villa is fully equipped to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The villa is located in a very quiet area and a dead-end street, so there is no through traffic. Only 10 minutes from Benidorm, Altea and Albir and you will find major supermarkets, shops and eateries within minutes.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and we have placed a washing machine in the garage.
The entire house has air conditioning which can also be heated, and there is also gas central heating. Maybe you don't want to miss your favorite TV program or that one football match during your holiday, you don't have to, you can just watch the Dutch channels via Canal Digital.
During the swimming season, the swimming pool is heated via a solar system, making the swimming water at least 6 to 7 degrees warmer than unheated swimming pools. The swimming pool is also equipped with a salt electrolysis system, which is very nice for your eyes and for people with sensitive skin.
Due to its central location you can be in the center or on the beach of Benidorm or Albir within 10 minutes. As well as the very picturesque Altea, where you can wander through the narrow streets with its characteristic shops and many restaurants.
