Villa Holiday

Villa Holiday... for the real holidaymaker... is a beautiful holiday home on a plot of 565m2 with private pool and outdoor kitchen/BBQ house, located in La Nucia on the Costa Blanca. Villa Holiday is located in a very quiet, safe, small residential area, in a cul-de-sac and low-traffic street in the Holiday Club urbanization.

The spacious house with lovely veranda is built in Spanish style, has a lot of privacy, is cozy and comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Villa Holiday has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The windows and doors have (vermin) sliding screens! Air conditioning (hot and cold) both in living/dining/kitchen and the bedrooms. At the beginning of October 2023, Villa Holiday will be equipped with solar panels. May 2025, the bathroom on the ground floor will be completely renovated and the house will largely be freshly painted!

The veranda is a wonderful place to stay, both in summer and winter!

Villa Holiday has Canal Digitaal+ with many television channels, there is also free Wi-Fi. 

The large, beautifully landscaped garden with lots of privacy, has an illuminated private swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with comfortable sunbeds... You can always choose sun or shade. At the pool there is a large table with room for 6 people to eat outside, as well as a picnic table. The private parking is closed with an electrically operated gate. 

A cot and high chair can be added on request

The tenants are welcomed by a multilingual Dutch caretaker and she is your point of contact for the rest of the stay.

La Nucía, sports city of Europe (2013, 2017 and 2024),  is one of the most international municipalities in Europe with many European inhabitants. In the area there are many European-oriented catering establishments and supermarkets where you can often speak your own language... Just 500 m away you will find supermarket MasyMas, banks and a pharmacy. At 700 meters, easy to do on foot, is a shopping center with several restaurants and supermarket Mercadona. From Villa Holiday you can drive to the picturesque towns of Altea and Albir in 7 minutes, the authentic Altea is 10 minutes by car. You will also find the Manhattan of Spain at 4 km; Benidorm, with its bustling boulevard and yellow sandy beaches, the beautiful old town with its many bars and (tapas) restaurants and of course the gigantic skyscrapers. 
If you like nature, the hinterland is one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca with nice places such as Guadalest and Finestrat.

Everyone can enjoy themselves in the area, both summer and winter!
