Welcome to our charming finca, located in the quiet Spanish countryside, a stone's throw (15min) away from picturesque Altea and the bustling coast. Surrounded by olive trees, mountains and rustic charm, you can enjoy ultimate privacy and space here. The beaches, markets and charming villages are just a few minutes' drive away.
A unique place to relax, discover and fully enjoy the real Spain. Between the rolling hills and with a view of the surrounding nature lies our finca – a place where peace, style and authenticity come together. The finca has been completely renovated with care and attention to detail, preserving the charm of the original building and effortlessly combining it with contemporary comfort.
The finca has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, bedroom 1, 1 bed 180x220 cm, bedroom 2- 1 bed 180x200cm, bedroom 3, pull-out bed bed 160x200cm. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor, this is our office where there are 2 single beds of 90x200cm.
On the first floor is a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. On the ground floor is an extra toilet, outside the house an extra bathroom with shower and toilet are available. and there is an extra outdoor shower next to the pool.
Thick stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and original features are reminders of the rich past, while modern touches, natural materials and warm, contemporary décor create an inviting atmosphere. Large windows and patio doors bring the outdoors in, with views of the garden, terrace or surrounding nature from everywhere.
