The apartment building has an elevator , limited private parking in front of the building and a large communal swimming pool .

Go through the urbanization and the water mill park through the dunes to the beach Playa Torrelamata. You can enjoy a pleasant walk along the beach via the walking path (partly wooden boardwalk).

Hello,
I'm Krista and together with my boyfriend we rent our apartment in La Mata. We are in love with the beautiful surroundings of the salt lakes and the health benefits that the unique microclimate offers. We also love good food and nice terraces and there is certainly no shortage of that in the region of La Mata/Torrevieja.
Our apartment is well equipped to enjoy a carefree holiday.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation Policy
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 30th and the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 14th and 7th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), the full rental price will remain due.

Final cleaning
Our cleaning service ensures that the apartment is completely cleaned and disinfected. The bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are also refreshed and washed. This ensures that all tenants always have a clean apartment.

Surcharge nightly arrival
If you arrive after 11PM (11PM) or before 8AM (8AM), you will have to pay the surcharge to the host on site.
