The heated private swimming pool is 8x4 and 1.65 deep, built-in steps, and gets sun all day long. Many terraces with various sitting/lounging areas, as well as a BBQ. Children playing, throwing a ball with the dog, quietly reading a book, having breakfast in the morning sun, lunch under the trees, dining by the pool, plenty of room. The garden includes mature olive and palm trees, flowering oleanders and bougainvillea, and various fruit trees including mirabelles, pomegranates, grapes.
