Looking for a luxury villa on the Costa Blanca where you really have peace, space and privacy, but are still on the beach within 5 minutes? Villa Casa Perdiz is a luxury detached holiday villa for up to 6 people, located on no less than 9,600 m² of private land near La Marina.
Here you have all the space for yourself. No shared swimming pool or busy holiday complex, but a private saltwater swimming pool of approximately 4.5 x 8 meters, a separate jacuzzi, several terraces, a spacious covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and refrigerator and a comfortable lounge set with gas fireplace.
From the garden you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature reserve and in the evening you can see the sun disappear behind the mountains. At the same time, the beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina and Guardamar are just a 5-minute drive away. Restaurants, shops, terraces and markets are also close by and Alicante airport is about a 25-minute drive away.
Casa Perdiz combines luxury and comfort with something that is increasingly difficult to find on the Costa Blanca: lots of private space, peace and privacy, while the beach and amenities are nearby.
Comfortable villa for up to 6 people
The villa features a spacious living room, three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is largely on the ground floor and therefore also very suitable for families, seniors and guests with reduced mobility.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. In addition, the villa has air conditioning, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and internet TV.
Private pool and jacuzzi
One of the big advantages of Casa Perdiz is the private saltwater swimming pool of approximately 4.5 x 8 meters. The pool can be heated in the early and late season, up to and including the autumn holidays. This way you can enjoy the pool comfortably even outside the hottest summer months.
Next to the pool is a separate jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing in the evening or during cooler days.
Both the jacuzzi and the heating of the private pool are optional and can be booked for a separate fee. This way you decide which extra facilities you want to use during your stay.
Around the pool and the villa there are several terraces and attractive seating areas. As a result, there is almost always a nice spot in the sun or in the shade. Two outdoor showers complete the comfort around the pool.
Covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue
The outdoors plays an important role at Casa Perdiz. Right next to the pool is a spacious covered outdoor kitchen with fridge and barbecue.
Here you can cook and barbecue extensively and enjoy long Spanish summer evenings together. Thanks to the poolside fridge, cold drinks are always within reach.
Lounging by the gas fireplace
A favorite place of our guests is the comfortable lounge set with built-in gas fireplace. After a day at the pool or beach, you can enjoy the peace, the view and the atmospheric flames with a drink.
Especially in the early and late season, this is a wonderful place to sit outside for a long time in the evening.
Peace, nature and 9,600 m² of private grounds
Casa Perdiz is located on a private plot of no less than 9,600 m² and overlooks the surrounding nature reserve. The free location provides a lot of peace, space and privacy.
In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets behind the mountains and in the distance the illuminations of Elche and Alicante. Due to the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, a cooling sea breeze regularly ensures a pleasant climate during hot summer days.
Beach, restaurants and fun trips nearby
The sandy beaches of La Marina and Guardamar are among the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca. They are excellent for swimming, hiking, water sports and long days by the sea.
In the area you will find authentic Spanish places, cozy terraces, markets and excellent restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine at friendly prices.
There is also plenty to do for families with children. A few minutes' drive away is the popular water park of La Marina with several swimming pools, water games and slides.
In Guardamar there is regularly a fun fair during the season. Santa Pola also has fairground attractions that are open in high season.
Elche, Santa Pola and the island of Tabarca
A visit to Elche is definitely worth it. The Palmeral of Elche, the city's famous palm landscape, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000.
Lovers of fresh fish can visit the port of Santa Pola, where fresh fish is supplied and sold.
From Santa Pola you can also take the boat to the island of Tabarca. The clear waters surrounding the island make it a wonderful destination for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.
Birds, nature and golf
Nature lovers and birdwatchers can also indulge themselves in this area. In the immediate vicinity you can encounter special bird species, including the curlew, roller flamingos and the crested cuckoo.

Although Casa Perdiz can accommodate up to 6 people, the villa is also particularly suitable for couples who are mainly looking for peace and privacy. Enjoy the private pool, dinner in the outdoor kitchen or a glass of wine by the gas fireplace together, without the hustle and bustle of a holiday park around you. For extra relaxation, the jacuzzi can be booked.
Much included in the rental price
At Villa Casa Perdiz we like to keep the price clear and well-organized. Final cleaning, washing of used bed linen and linen and up to 200 kWh of electricity consumption per week are already included in the rental price.
The jacuzzi and pool heating are not included in the rental price as standard and can be booked for a separate fee.
Winter and longer stays on the Costa Blanca
Casa Perdiz is not only suitable for a summer holiday. The villa is also an excellent choice for a longer holiday or wintering on the Costa Blanca.
Thanks to the mild climate, quiet location, fast Wi-Fi and comfortable facilities, you can stay here comfortably even outside the summer months. In the early and late season, the private pool can be heated and for extra relaxation, the jacuzzi can be booked.
