Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Bed linen, bath towels, a beach towel, kitchen towels and tea towels are sufficiently available. The beds are made on arrival.
  • Electricity is not included in the price. We charge € 0.35 per kWh. The costs will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Mandatory final cleaning and personal key collection € 180 per stay. 
  • Deposit € 350 (if no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount minus the costs for electricity, will be returned within a week after the check-out date).
  • The booking is final after receipt of the deposit (50% of the total rental price). The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid no later than six weeks before the arrival date. If the arrival date is six weeks before departure or less, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
