Via the authentic Spanish staircase you reach the entrance of Casa Siempre Sol with a lovely sunny balcony where you can hear the birds chirping. Can you see yourself sitting here, enjoying a nice breakfast or drink?
The completely renovated balcony is equipped with a Spanish table with 4 comfortable chairs and extra wide sliding doors with louvre doors. Here you can enjoy the sounds of nature, the tranquility, the delicious pine scent and you can sometimes even hear the sea!
From the balcony you have a view of the green dune edge with a fresh, wonderful pine scent and plenty of sounds of nature.
You walk in 5 minutes to the long stretches of sandy beaches!
The balcony-oriented living room is equipped with a sofa bed. When you open the sliding doors, you can enjoy the pine scent and the bird sounds.
The master bedroom has air conditioning (Daikin), underfloor heating and a double bed of 1.90 meters long with 2 mattresses, each 1.05 meters wide. The window frames were replaced in October 2022 for aluminum frames with louvre doors. This way you can completely blind the bedroom as you wish!
The second bedroom has air conditioning (Daikin), underfloor heating and two single beds, one of which is a folding bed, both 1.90 meters long. Here too, the window frames were replaced in October 2022 for aluminum frames with rotatable louvre curtains!

The weekly market of Torrevieja with more than 1500 stalls. Truly an experience! You can take your handy shopping cart from the apartment for your purchases. No transportation? No problem! In La Mata there is also a weekly market on Wednesdays where you can buy everything you need.

First floor bedroom with three beds in a custom high quality wooden bunk bed construction. The lower bunk can be used as a normal single bed. Higher beds very popular with children! Not loved by all adults, please check photos.
