Vista del Arenal * Sea view!

Located right on the ARENAL BEACH - WITH SEA VIEW ** 'Vista de l'Arenal' is located on the 2nd floor of a well located complex - with private parking on the closed domain, sunbathing area & swimming pool - in the middle of the Arenal. All facilities are therefore within walking distance... The caretaker lives on the domain and maintains the garden, the corridors, the swimming pool on a daily basis...

The apartment is equipped with every luxury and comfort and decorated with a wonderful boho / Ibiza vibe. Vista de l'Arenal was completely renovated and renewed by us. New floors, underfloor heating, air conditioners, new pipes & electricity, thicker interior walls, mosquito nets, new kitchen & bathrooms... We opted for quality materials for both the finish and the furnishing!

'Vista de l'Arenal' consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite with the master bedroom. There is also an additional separate toilet. The 3 bedrooms are spacious & light, & equipped with windows, mosquito nets & shutters. Air conditioning is present in every room (can be operated separately!) Furthermore, all rooms have sufficient storage space and the beds are of excellent quality with heavenly mattresses (40 cm thick). You can also choose from various models of pillows. We find it very important to sleep well on holiday :-)

The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink with large mirror, towel heating, extraction and sufficient storage space. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, sufficient storage space, extraction & heating. The second toilet is separate (and also equipped with a sink, large mirror, storage space ..)

The living room with comfortable seat, dining table, large flat screen TV is light and spacious and the large sliding window gives direct access to the beautiful and sunny terrace with awning and sea view!
The (fiber) WiFi is of very good quality. The flat screen TV has Tv Vlaanderen, Netflix and a Chromecast is also available. Of course, this room is also equipped with air conditioning, curtains and underfloor heating.

On the spacious terrace you will find a cozy lounge with lovely thick cushions, a dining table with room for 6 people and a cozy reading corner with a lounger.
A sun canopy is also provided for those who prefer to avoid the sun for a while. From the terrace you have a beautiful and wide sea view & you look out over the Arenal.


The open kitchen was designed by us and is equipped with every convenience and comfort. It has a higher work surface, a very spacious refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, beautiful and sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses...


For the children we have provided music boxes with comics, games, blocks, toys, colors, etc. as well as various beach toys and table tennis paddles (the table is on the domain). We can also provide a cot, dining chair, children's crockery and step for you (Please report in advance - chair & cot are not standard in the house))

When you go to the beach, we have beach towels, some beach chairs, a parasol & a cool bag with ice packs that you can take with you.

In the separate storage room you can easily store the beach stuff & you will also find the maintenance products (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, ...) there. The suitcases can be stored in a special space under the beds.

We provide more than enough towels per person (including 1 beach towel per person)! There is also a washing machine, dryer and drying rack. (+ sufficient kitchen linen & tea towels)

From the apartment it is less than a 5' walk to the sandy beach with various playgrounds, the sea and the Arenal Boulevard with its many hip restaurants, shops and cocktail bars, also 2 tennis clubs, padel, fitness, supermarket, bakery & various shops are very close by . It is about a 25' walk to the harbor and the canal with the boats is an 8' walk. Javea also has 2 golf courses. (Approx. 15' drive)
