Located right on the ARENAL BEACH - WITH SEA VIEW ** 'Vista de l'Arenal' is located on the 2nd floor of a well-located complex - with private parking on the closed domain, sunbathing area & swimming pool - in the middle of the Arenal. All facilities are therefore within walking distance... The caretaker lives on the property and maintains the garden, the corridors, the swimming pool on a daily basis...
The apartment is equipped with every luxury and comfort and furnished with a wonderful boho / Ibiza vibe. Vista de l'Arenal was completely renovated and renewed by us. New floors, underfloor heating, air conditioners, new plumbing and electricity, mosquito nets, new kitchen & bathrooms... For both the finish and the furnishing, we opted for quality materials!
'Vista de l'Arenal' consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite with the master bedroom. There is also an additional separate toilet. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and bright, and equipped with windows, mosquito nets and shutters. Air conditioning is available in every room (to be operated separately!) Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with sufficient storage space and the box-spring beds are of excellent quality with heavenly mattresses (40 cm thick) You can also choose from various models of pillows. Sleeping well is very important to us on holiday :-)
The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink with large mirror, towel heating, extractor and ample storage space. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, ample storage space, extraction and heating. The second toilet is separate (and also equipped with a sink, large mirror, storage space..)
The living room with comfortable sofa, dining table, large flat screen TV is bright and spacious and the large sliding window gives direct access to the beautiful and sunny terrace with awning and sea view!
The (fiber) Wifi is of very good quality. The flat screen TV has Tv Vlaanderen, Netflix and there is also a Chromecast. Of course, this room is also equipped with air conditioning, curtains and underfloor heating.
On the spacious terrace you will find, among other things, a cozy lounge with lovely thick cushions, a dining table with seating for 6 people and a cozy reading corner with sun lounger.
A sun canopy is also provided for those who prefer to avoid the sun for a while. From the terrace you have a beautiful and wide sea view and you look out over the Arenal.
The open kitchen was designed by us and is equipped with every convenience and comfort. It has, among other things, a higher worktop, a very spacious refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker for ground coffee, toaster, juicer, kettle, beautiful and sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses...
For the children we have provided music boxes with strips, games, blocks, toys, colors, etc. as well as various beach toys and table tennis pallets (table is on the domain). We can also provide a cot, dining chair, children's crockery and step for you (Please notify in advance - chair and bed are not standard in the house) )
When you go to the beach, we have beach towels, some beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler bag with ice packs that you can take with you.
In the separate storage room you can easily store the beach equipment & the maintenance products (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, etc.) can also be found there. The suitcases can be stored in a special room under the beds.
We provide more than enough bath linen per person (incl. 1 beach towel per person)! There is also a washing machine, dryer and drying rack. (+ sufficient kitchen linen & tea towels)
From the apartment it is less than a 5' walk to the sandy beach with various playgrounds, the sea and the Arenal Boulevard with its many trendy restaurants, shops and cocktail bars, also 2 tennis clubs, padel, fitness, supermarket, bakery & various shops are very close. It is about a 25' walk to the harbor and the canal with the boats is an 8' walk. Javea also has 2 golf courses. (Approx. 15' drive)
