The apartment is equipped with every luxury and comfort and furnished with a wonderful boho / Ibiza vibe. Vista de l'Arenal was completely renovated and renewed by us.

'Vista de l'Arenal' has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet.
All bedrooms are spacious and bright and equipped with windows, mosquito nets and shutters. Air conditioning is available in each room, which can be controlled separately. Each room has ample storage space and is equipped with spacious top-quality box-spring beds, with heavenly mattresses 40 cm thick and high-quality bedding. You can also choose from different types of pillows — sleeping well is very important to us on holiday 🙂
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink with large mirror, towel heater, extractor and ample storage space.
The second bathroom also has a spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, storage space, extractor and heating.
The second toilet is separate and equipped with a sink, large mirror and storage space.
The living space is bright and spacious and furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining table and large flat screen TV. The large sliding window gives direct access to the sunny terrace with awning and beautiful sea views.
There is fast fiber wifi available. The TV has TV Vlaanderen, Netflix and a Chromecast. Of course, this room is also equipped with air conditioning, curtains and underfloor heating.
On the spacious L-shaped terrace with sea view you will find a cozy lounge with thick comfortable cushions, a dining table for 6 people and a reading bench to enjoy the late afternoon sun. During the summer months we provide a table grill plate. Thanks to the L-shape, you can enjoy the sun almost all day long, while the sun canopy provides pleasant shade for those who wish.
The open kitchen, designed by ourselves, offers every comfort and is fully equipped with a raised worktop, very spacious fridge + 3 freezer drawers, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker for ground coffee, toaster, juicer, kettle and spacious and beautiful crockery, cutlery and glasses.
For children, there are music boxes with comics, games, blocks, toys and coloring materials, as well as beach toys and table tennis pallets (table on the domain).
A cot, high chair, children's crockery and possibly a baby bath can be provided in advance (please notify in advance — these items are not standard in the apartment).
For a day at the beach, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys.
Beach equipment can be stored in the separate storage room. Here you will also find maintenance equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. Suitcases can be neatly stored in the storage space under the beds.
We provide plenty of bath linen per person, including one beach towel per person. There is also a washing machine, dryer and drying rack, as well as plenty of kitchen linen and tea towels.
From the apartment you can walk to the sandy beach, the sea, various playgrounds and the Arenal Boulevard with its trendy restaurants, shops and cocktail bars in less than 5 minutes. Tennis and padel clubs, fitness, supermarket (7/7), bakery, taxi rank and other shops are also nearby.
The harbour can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, the canal with boats is an 8-minute walk away. Jávea also has two golf courses (about 15 minutes drive).
