The house is for 6 adults. Only if the possibly more than one person is children who can still sleep in a children's / camping cot, then that is possible to 8 people because we have 2 cots.

Villa Vistamar is a villa built in the typical Moorish style in a unique location, which we discovered 20 years ago during a spontaneous visit to Javea. Since then we have become attached to the house and this special place and we like to let others enjoy it. The view of the sea, the large exotic garden, the private swimming pool with lots of privacy, the various seating areas and sun corners give us a feeling of peace and contemplation. Enjoy with us.

The villa is beautiful to rent during your holiday. The typical Moorish architectural style and décor create a carefree Spanish atmosphere. The holiday home is suitable for 6 people. Expansion with more than 6 people is only possible if the more person can sleep in a cot / camp bed. There are 2 of them.

The villa is very quietly located and is the penultimate house on a cul-de-sac. Due to its geological location, there is less space for houses on our peninsula, with a sloping coast on both sides. This means that the plots are larger and that the houses are less close together than in the surrounding areas.

Due to the location of the house, which is oriented to the south, we actually have the sun all year round. So even when the sun is in a low position. This is by no means the case with all houses and therefore makes our house particularly suitable for wintering. It is also nice to look at the pool, the garden and the sea from the house with the sun in your face. The name of the house says it all. Vistamar means 'Sea View')
