Villa Tres Leones - Jávea


Peace and quiet on the Montgo. Complete privacy, great views and a large heated swimming pool (11 x 5).  In the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the imposing Montgó.

Feel at home in villa Très Leones. Enjoy the sultry summer evenings on one of the terraces. Organize a barbecue or visit one of the many restaurants in the area. The Arenal beach is about a 15-minute drive away. But the pool is also a good place to be. There is a small supermarket 1 km away. distance. There you can get the basic groceries and they bake fresh bread. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy a drink or a delicious sandwich.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor. There are 3 bathrooms in the house. There is a bathtub. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer and an air fryer. The living room has a nice lounge sofa by the TV and two other sofas and a footstool by the fireplace. 
In the naya (conservatory) there is a dining table for 8 people, a sofa and for the workaholics there is also a workplace here. Washing machine and dryer are in a cupboard in the hall.

The swimming pool (11 x 5m) is lower and accessible via stairs. At the pool there is a dining table for 8 people, 4 sunbeds + 2 mattresses on plateau + 2 reclining chairs. There is also a cozy lounge area. Next to the outdoor kitchen with oven, gas hob and barbecue is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Wifi /TV: Excellent wifi connection! Also at the pool. There is a TP link amplifier in almost all rooms. You can watch Dutch TV via the internet. The smart TV (50 inches) has a chromecast.

Children: We have various beach materials (shovels, buckets, etc.). To avoid disappointment, we would like to point out that the pool is immediately deep (1.60m) after the stairs. At the deepest point it is 2.40m.

Accessibility: From the street, the villa is accessed through two gates. The first gate opens into the garden and the second (near the carport) into the patio. At the second gate is a staircase. The pool is lower and accessible via stairs. The house is almost on one level. There is a step from the conservatory and the bedrooms on the south side to the terrace.

Hola amigos! After a long search, we, Mark and Elian, became the proud owners of this beautiful villa on the Montgó in Javéa in September 2022. At the moment we do not want to move permanently to Spain and that is why we choose to make this lovely house available for holiday rental.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by the tenant: 

Any cancellation must be notified by email . The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rent will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation less than 35 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rent will be charged.

  • Please clean the barbecue thoroughly after use, otherwise we are unfortunately forced to charge €50.
  • The parasols must always be closed when leaving the accommodation and in case of strong winds.
