Villa Tordanxa in Javea
Superb location! This beautiful holiday home with large private pool is located on the edge of the exclusive urbanization La Guardia Park in Javea, a short distance from the beautiful idyllic bays Cala Granadella and Cala Portixol (both about 7 minutes drive) and the lighthouse of Cap de la Nau. The house overlooks a green area. The beautiful rocky bays and beaches around Cap de la Nau are ideal for water sports and snorkeling.
In the immediate vicinity of this villa is a supermarket and a bakery for the daily version sandwiches. There are also some restaurants and Spanish tapas and paella shops located a short distance away. At 3 to 4 km distance towards the sandy beach of El Arenal (sandy beach a 9-minute drive away) you will find several large supermarkets and a wide range of shops and excellent restaurants.
Villa Tordanxa is a house with a porch ("Naya") in Spanish style, but modern and tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts.
Inside Villa Tordanxa
Through the entrance in a tower with landing staircase and loft you enter the cozy living-dining room with tasteful décor in light tones, with comfortable sitting area, a fireplace and smart TV. On the right side of this room is the large round dining table that is (partially) in open connection with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all conceivable appliances such as oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner gas hob, fridge and freezer, coffee filter and Nespresso machine. Adjacent is the utility room with a washer/dryer, which gives access to the terrace with the bbq area. The living room is air-conditioned.
On the ground floor of villa Tordanxa is bedroom 1: one x double bed (160x200cm) this is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet. Due to the location of this bedroom on the ground floor in combination with the flat plot, this house is also suitable for disabled people.
Via the landing stairs you reach the first floor with 3 more bedrooms. There is a spacious bedroom with a 2-double bed (160x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet. Bedroom 3: one x double bed (160x200cm) and bedroom 4: one x double bed (140x200cm). Bedroom 3 and 4 share the 3rd bathroom with toilet and shower. These bedrooms all have access to a large balcony/terrace that overlooks the garden with swimming pool. All beds are good quality box spring beds. The bedrooms all have mosquito nets on the windows and are air-conditioned.
The outdoor life of villa Tordanxa
From the living room, double sliding doors give access to the spacious porch/naya, with a sitting/lounge area and a separate dining table for about 4 people. A nice place overlooking the beautiful and spacious landscaped garden with large private swimming pool (13x4m and 2m deep). On the large terrace around the pool there are 8 teak sunbeds with comfortable cushions.
The large Teak dining table of 3m long with 8 chairs and parasol is a wonderful place to dine together for a long time. If your holiday and BBQ always go together, then you've come to the right place, there is a gas BBQ from Broil King.
The site is closed by a gate and there is room for 3 cars.

– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
