Villa SunDance, heated pool

Villa SunDance, a wonderful place. When you get up from the comfortable beds in the morning, you look out over lots of greenery and hear the birds. Several terraces around the house to enjoy in the sun or shade. The Arenal sandy beach is a 5-minute drive away, and many beautiful bays and beaches and the beautiful historic center of Javea are a short distance away.

The heated swimming pool is wonderfully relaxing in all seasons.
If you are going to prepare food during the day, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen inside or under grape vines in the covered outdoor kitchen or, for those who love grilling, on the nice barbecue.
In the evening you can enjoy the patio or terrace under the starry sky.

Everything in the villa is on one level. The living room has a large flat screen TV with surround sound system and DVD player. There is fiber optic internet and WiFi, satellite TV with, among other things. Dutch channels, some books and pool toys. When the pool lighting is on, it turns on
that swimming in the evening is a wonderful experience.

Javea also has a harbor, where fishing boats come in at the end of the afternoon.

Due to the spacious layout of Javea, you can generally find a parking space even at the beach.

Javea has a beautiful historic center with small car-free streets. There is

Even in the city there are orange orchards with wonderfully scented orange blossoms and vineyards in the spring.

All nationalities live in Javea, so people are used to speaking English
and dealing with foreigners. In general, people in the region are remarkably friendly and hospitable.

You can fly to both Alicante and Valencia, Javea is exactly in between. Outside the summer holidays there are often very affordable flights available
Transavia, RyanAir or Vueling from Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Schiphol.
