Villa SunDance, a wonderful place. When you get up in the morning from the comfortable beds, you look over a lot of greenery and hear the birds. Around the house there are several terraces to enjoy in the sun or the shade. The Arenal sandy beach is a 5-minute drive away, in addition many beautiful bays and beaches and the beautiful historic center of Javea are a short drive away.
The heated swimming pool is wonderfully relaxing in all seasons.
If you are going to prepare food during the day, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen inside or under grapevines in the covered outdoor kitchen or for lovers of.grilling on the fine barbecue.
In the evening you can enjoy the patio or on the terrace under the stars.
Everything in the villa is on one level. The living room has a large flat screen TV with surround sound set and DVD player. There is fiber optic internet and wifi, satellite TV with eg. Dutch channels, some books and swimming pool toys. When the pool lights are on, it makes swimming in the evening a wonderful experience.
Even in the winter months when it cools down when the sun goes down, it is wonderful to stay in the very luxurious Villa SunDance. Inside it is pleasant because of the central heating or air conditioning heating, in all rooms.
In the living room, the wood stove provides warmth as well as cosiness.
Inland are mountains and valleys with many beautiful, old, quiet villages. Just over an hour's drive away are the beautiful cities of Alicante and Valencia where the vibrant life, the old and new culture, can be found.
For wheelchair users, the terraces and swimming pool can be reached by small ramps.
The pool has Roman steps and around the pool is pleasant soft artificial grass and a beautiful garden with many flowers, trees and palms.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. On request, the 2 single beds can be joined together by means of a double fitted sheet.
The covered terrace and kitchen also have a ceiling fan.
The electricity consumption is largely provided by the solar panels, so the costs remain very reasonable.
A modern heat pump keeps the pool at 30 degrees, outside the summer months. However, this electricity consumption becomes quite high in December to mid-March, we advise not to turn on the pool heating.
Within walking distance are a couple of restaurants. In the other direction you can walk straight into nature. There are hiking trails in Forestal Granadella and there is a cross route for mountain bikes. In the region there are a number of golf courses, riding stables, tennis courts etc.
In Javea alone there is a choice of 9 beaches, both sandy and pebble, with crystal clear water. There are many beautiful viewpoints along the coast.
Javea also has a harbor, where the fishing boats enter at the end of the afternoon.
On the 2 boulevard regions along the beach you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.
Due to the spacious layout of Javea, there is even a parking space at the beach in general.

Even in the city there are orange groves with fragrant orange blossoms and vineyards in spring.
All nationalities live in Javea so people are used to speaking English and dealing with foreigners. In general, people in the region are remarkably friendly and hospitable.
You can fly to both Alicante and Valencia, Javea is right in between. Outside the summer holidays, there are often very cheap flights with
Transavia, RyanAir or Vueling from Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Schiphol.

return. Car rental at the airport is often dirt cheap by Dutch standards, outside the high season.
In the summer, temperature photos in the newspaper show Spain with very high
temperatures BUT the tip on which Javea is located has a lighter shade of red and there is a very pleasant temperature. In the summer, the climate is almost always sunny and dry with a light breeze.

Large and smaller shopping centers are more than half an hour's drive around for those who want to shop.
