Villa Selene holiday home in Javea
Welcome to Villa Selene, a holiday home located in a paradisiacal place, with plenty of space in and around the house. The beautiful mountain "Montgó" in the background makes this a great place to experience an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca. The villa is all on one level and tastefully renovated and furnished by the Dutch owners in 2025. The spacious swimming pool (5x11m) surrounded by 8 sunbeds and umbrellas invites you to enjoy the Spanish sun at the villa. A supermarket is within walking distance and the beaches of Javea are 10 minutes by car from the holiday home.
For golf lovers, there is a golf course about 10 minutes from the villa.
Layout Villa Selene
Upon entering through the utility room with extra fridge and freezer, you walk directly into the large modern kitchen on the left, with a spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso), combi microwave and 4-burner stove. The living room with full view of the garden and pool has a nice sitting area, Smart TV (streaming) and a pellet stove. Air-conditioned.
Through the hallway where there is a separate toilet with washbasin you reach the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 and 2 both have a double bed (160x200cm) and share an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a hair dryer. Bedroom 3 and 4 have a double bed (160x200cm). Bedroom 1, 3 and 4 are adjacent to the outdoor pool terrace. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows and are air-conditioned.
Outside at Villa Selene
How lucky with so much outdoor space, beautiful views and lots of privacy. From the holiday home you walk onto the terrace with the private swimming pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers. Parasols are provided. The naja has a lovely lounge set where you can enjoy the surroundings in the shade while enjoying your cup of coffee or other tasty drink. There is an outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ .

Practical information
Features
- In July and August, the arrival and departure day is set at Saturday and the minimum stay is 14 nights.
- In the other months, arrivals and departures are possible on any day of the week, with a minimum of 11 nights. However, your booking must be in line with previous or subsequent bookings, otherwise there must be at least 11 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car on site. We can give you a good recommendation for a reliable car rental company. Interested? Please ask for it when booking.
Winter rental
This property offers winter rentals on request. There is central heating.
Remaining
- The final cleaning costs include towels, kitchen towels and all beds made.
- Arrival from 16:00. Departure before 10:00 am.
- Surcharge for arrivals after 21:00 €35,-
- Pets not allowed.
For information on the rules in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region: A stay of 10 nights or less is considered a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered a short-term rental under Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which you must sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
