Private 7x4m pool with stairs, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower and barbacoa (barbecue area). There is also another large terrace with an extendable dining table and sofa. Private parking for 2 cars and ample space to park on the access road (dead end).

The distance to the harbor beach or El Arenal with restaurants, shops and bars is 4.5 and 6 km respectively, and to the city of Jávea 2.5 km.
