It is a pleasure to celebrate a holiday in this house! Villa Nina is a beautiful, spacious, cozy holiday villa with private swimming pool in Javea, on the Costa Blanca in Spain, for max. 12 adults.
The villa is located in a residential area, right next to the local Golf Club. In a few minutes by car you are at restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. You are an 8 - minute drive from the sandy beach .
The villa has a spacious (dining) kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances, as well as a large outdoor kitchen with both a large barbecue and a fridge/freezer combination and running water. The spacious living room is fully equipped, including satellite television (smart TV) and a pool table . Villa Nina has 6 bedrooms (all with air conditioning ) and 5 bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms (each with en suite bathroom) are located downstairs, outside the main house, right by the pool. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are on one level with the living room in the main house.
The beautiful garden is landscaped with several terraces and palm trees.
The very spacious swimming pool (17 by 7 meters), with a bar table and stools in it, contributes significantly to the ultimate holiday feeling.
The proximity to the beach, the many shops, the possibilities for sports and the various entertainment venues make this an extremely suitable destination to celebrate your holiday with family or friends. We fell for the fantastic swimming pool, the total privacy and the beautiful sun terrace. The summer kitchen is a guarantee for many super cozy evenings!
