Villa Nina

Due to the expensive airline tickets on weekend days, we now offer you the possibility to arrive or depart on  any day of the week. This way you can at least take the cheapest flight!

Villa Nina is now equipped with fiber optics for the internet and equipped with a strong WIFI configuration. You can now use the internet at any place in the house/garden and by the pool!

It is a joy to spend a holiday in this house! Villa Nina is a beautiful, spacious, cozy holiday villa with private pool in Javea, on the Costa Blanca in Spain, for up to 12 adults.

The villa is located in a residential area, right next to the local Golf Club. In a few minutes by car you are at restaurants,  bars, shops and supermarkets. You are 8 min. Driving distance from the sandy beach.

The villa has a spacious (dining) kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances, as well as a large outdoor kitchen with both a large barbecue and a fridge / freezer and running water. The spacious living room is fully equipped, including satellite television (smart TV) and a pool table. Villa Nina has 6 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 5 bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) are located downstairs, outside the main house, directly by the pool. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are on the same level as the living room in the main house.

The beautiful garden is landscaped with several terraces and palm trees.
The very spacious swimming pool (17 by 7 meters), with a bar table and stools in it, contributes significantly to the ultimate holiday feeling.

The proximity of the beach, the many shops, the possibilities for sports and the various entertainment venues make this an ideal destination to celebrate your holidays with family or friends. We fell for the fantastic swimming pool, the total privacy and the beautiful sun terrace. The summer kitchen is a guarantee for many super cozy evenings!
