This holiday home with private pool is located in the beautiful area of Rafalet in Javea and overlooks the valley and mountain Montgó. Villa Margaret gives you a feeling of coming home. Upon entering, the homely atmosphere feels comfortable and when opening the patio doors to the outside, the mesmerizing view will make everyone quiet for a moment. Inside Villa Margaret
Villa Margaret consists of two floors.
Ground floor
In the living/dining room you will find a cozy fireplace, satellite television with Dutch channels and a private wifi connection (ADSL). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, combi microwave, refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove and coffee maker. One of the most beautiful rooms of this villa is the covered terrace (in Spanish naya), where the large granite table is located. Combined with the breathtaking view, the ultimate place for atmospheric dinners.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each consisting of two single beds and spacious fitted wardrobes. Between these two bedrooms is the second bathroom which is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
Upper floor
The master bedroom is on the upper floor and consists of a double bed with high quality mattresses, fitted wardrobes. This bedroom features a large terrace with views of the Montgo mountain and the valley. The ensuite bathroom is a completely renovated bathroom with toilet, bidet, walk-in shower and sink. On this same floor you will also find the laundry room with the washing machine.
The Great Outdoors of Villa Margaret
Outside it is an Eldorado. The villa has a private swimming pool with spacious terrace all around complete with a floating parasol and plenty of patio furniture. On the grounds of the villa there is a lockable parking space for two cars. The entire grounds of the villa are fenced, so your privacy is fully guaranteed.

Details
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
– In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Stay in the winter months
Villa Margaret is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 84 per week and are included in the rental price. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
