A very spacious kitchen with extensive crockery and all kitchen appliances such as nespresso machine, dolce gusto, smoothie maker, juicer, toaster, oven, microwave, airfryer etc, in short, everything you need. A spacious cozy living room with separate dining area is directly connected to the spacious covered veranda. It also has a separate sitting, dining, and relaxation area. Nice open view of valley and mountains. You can enjoy the sun all day long.
On the upper floor there is a spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Downstairs at the level of the driveway there is a very spacious apartment with open kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The other bathrooms are equipped with a shower. In the master suite there is an extra bed, ideal for a family with child. In the living room you can turn the sofa into a double bed. Additional services such as cleaning or cooking can always be discussed. In high season and school holidays, the villa can only be rented as a whole.
