Welcome to Villa Lena, an attractive villa with private pool on the outskirts of Jávea, where the sun almost always shines and the view makes you fall silent again and again. From the roof terrace you look out over the green hills and the azure blue Mediterranean Sea. In the immediate vicinity of this villa is a supermarket and a bakery for daily fresh rolls. There are also some restaurants and Spanish tapas and paella shops a short distance away, even within walking distance. The sandy beach of El Arenal is about a 12-minute drive away, great for a relaxing day by the sea.
Layout Villa Lena
Villa Lena is a modern but also warmly decorated holiday home for 8 people. The décor combines Mediterraneancharm with contemporary comfort. The ground floor is suitable for 4 people, here you will find a cozy sitting area with television and dining table, a nice place to be together. From the hallway you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (210 x 90) and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink. The second bedroom has two single beds (200 x 90). There is another bathroom with shower, toilet and a single sink. The two bedrooms on this floor are both air-conditioned.
You reach the main residence via the outside stairs. Here you enter a stylish living room with air conditioning, Dutch television and a Sonos Five, perfect for a relaxing evening with music or a movie. From the living room you can step onto the terrace , where you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. The modern kitchen has all appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and sandwich maker and is adjacent to an attractive patio with a large dining table; here you can enjoy long summer evenings. Also on this floor are two comfortable bedrooms, both with two single beds (200 x 90), with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and single sink. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
The house is equipped with wifi and has a washing machine.
Outside at Villa Lena
Outside, Villa Lena is also a paradise in itself. Upstairs, the absolute highlight awaits: the roof terrace. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the mountains in peace. Have a glass of wine, feel the evening breeze and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the horizon.
The garden is an oasis of greenery and offers privacy. Under the canopy is a spacious outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue next to it, ideal for cooking and dining together at the long dining table. Sunbeds are invitingly set up around the private pool, and the outdoor shower provides cooling after a day in the sun. For those who come by car, there is plenty of parking space on the site (suitable for about 3 to 4 cars).

Particularities
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday with a fixed rental period of 7 days. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 11 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.
- Preheating the swimming pool in winter period € 100 (Ask us about the possibilities) From mid-April to mid-June and mid-September to the end of October it is possible to heat the pool.

Winter rental
Villa Lena is suitable for a winter stay. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. Rental is possible for bookings of at least 4 weeks. The winter rate from 4 weeks is in consultation. In winter you can only rent the upstairs apartment, which has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 4 people. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks.
