Villa 'Las Palmeras' is quietly located in the beautiful residential area of Tosalet in Javea, close to beaches and shops. Both the pleasantly busy beach of El Arenal and the picturesque bay of Calle Clemence are a 2.8 kilometer drive away.
The house has an attractively furnished living room that opens onto the spacious naya (covered terrace). In this way, inside and outside are connected. From the living room you reach the kitchen, the utility room with washing machine and dryer and the dining room. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both with an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms, both with an ensuite bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The villa owes its name to the beautiful tall palm trees in the beautifully landscaped tropical garden. For the ultimate holiday feeling, there is a lovely private swimming pool with cozy seating areas.
The villa is ideal for renting with 2 families. Because each bedroom has its own bathroom and the sleeping quarters are spread over 2 floors, there is plenty of privacy.
Javea is also suitable for wintering due to its attractive climate. Our house is also available for longer periods during the winter period at an attractive rate of 1500.00 excl. per month. February and March are still available! In the winter period from November to March we do ask for an energy surcharge of 100.00 per week for heating the house.
