Villa Chara

Our villa is located between Javea and Benitachell  in a quiet and exclusive urbanization Cansalades.

The villa has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms (ideal for large families or family holidays). All bedrooms have silent air conditioning and the property has a security system. There are also two covered parking spaces. There is a  staircase from parking space to the house so less suitable for the disabled.  

We are proud of our outdoor spaces that are well cared for: 2 covered outdoor terraces with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ, garden with beautiful plants and palm trees, large lawn, beautiful fountain, swimming pool with lighting, views on one side of Montgo and on the other side of Granadella and everything is surrounded by a fence of cypresses.

We are Alexander and Natalia and we would like to welcome you to Villa Chara.

We have been the proud owners of this villa since the summer of 2020. For us, Jávea is much more than just a holiday destination: it has become our second home. Although we do not live permanently in Spain, we love to share our love for this beautiful region with others.
