This fully detached villa with swimming pool is located on 800 m2 of land in a wooded walking area and has beautiful views of the sea, the port, the Montgó mountain and the village of Jávea.

Layout of the villa:

Living room with ceiling fan and satellite TV, dining room, large conservatory with wide views, two 2-person bedrooms with ceiling fan, two bathrooms, one with bathtub, large kitchen with appliances, three balconies on different sides of the house. The entire villa is on one level.

In the garden there is a swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters and two pergolas.

Villa Carasol is equipped with every comfort: for a nice holiday. There is a good internet connection, 2 televisions with Dutch channels, a washing machine and a dryer, linen and towels.

We rent two apartments with lots of fun and our villa in Javea. The apartments are within walking distance of the harbor, near the sea. The villa is Costa Nova Panorama with a nice sea and mountain views. We often stay in the villa itself but in periods when we are in the Netherlands, we rent this special villa love to those who seek tranquility in nature.

• cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental
(= the deposit).
• cancellation 60 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
