Nice location for a few weeks.
The house has been partially renovated.
Plus points are;
Stunning views of Montgo mountain and Javea.
Swimming pool and the adjacent garden with the seating areas also in the shade.
The kitchen is, except for the dishwasher, fully equipped.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are more than sufficient.
The house is clean to the eye.
Minus points are;
No information folder about house and surroundings.
No preventive maintenance, but only solving the problems in case of complaints.
Barbara tries to steer this in the right direction with short lines of communication, but this does not always work remotely and causes irritation. Finally, you want to enjoy the rented property without any worries.
Water purification of the pool did not work in the beginning, gas bottle empty, stale air in large bath and bedroom due to missing siphon on the drain washing machine, tumble dryer unusable due to defective condensation drain.
Windows, frames and horns of the two bedrooms are in need of renovation.
Barking dogs of the nearest neighbors and regularly gardeners who disturb the peace, whether or not using motor, leaf blowers and grass trimmers.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
