Villa "Le Verger de La Barraca": Very bright villa with an extraordinary view of the sea and the island of Portixol. The beach "Cala La Barraca" is located 300m away (5 min walk) with its fantastic restaurant "Cala Clémence", an idyllic place with extraordinary decoration, where you will taste excellent dishes ;-).
Portixol Bay, a diver's paradise, is very well known for the impressive amount of fish found there. You will have the opportunity to join the groups and diving courses that go there every day to admire the wonder of its seabed.
The house is located in the area of La Barraca (Mar Azul), one of the most prominent areas of Javea located in the beautiful bay of Portixol 10 minutes drive from the centre of Javea, its restaurants, bars, sandy beach and many shops.
The villa has a living room with an open fire, TV (Fr, Uk, Ger) and sliding doors leading to the terrace and pool area which can be heated during certain months of the year (price on request). Its many large bay windows make it possible not to lose any of the fantastic sea view and offer a very pleasant circulation in the house. On the same level, there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. Next to the pool is the barbecue terrace and the outdoor shower. On the upper level is the Master bedroom with large terrace overlooking the sea and the beach.
The 3 terraces, the kitchen, a bathroom, the living room, the dining room and the master bedroom have a sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge and separate freezer. There is dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and plenty of storage. There is also central heating throughout the house.
In the second bathroom is the washing machine and dryer. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and fitted wardrobes.
The Master bedroom has 2 separate beds and magnificent sea view. The other 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed each with two separate mattresses and garden or pool view.
The Master room allows you to wake up admiring the sea and listening to the sound of the waves...
Outdoor equipment: 8x4m swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with always a shady area if necessary, shade sail and 6 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, gas plancha barbecue.
