Ritual Del Mar is a lovely holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the Tosalet 3 district. This neighborhood has 24-hour private security and many people live there permanently. The house is a 4-minute drive from the Arenal beach, 4-minute drive from Calle Clemence or an 8-minute drive from the old village. Denia is a 20-minute drive, Moraira is also a 20-minute drive.
The house offers a lot of privacy all around and has a beautiful view of the mountain with houses on it. The view is also enchanting in the evening. Especially because you can see the sun set at the Montgo from the terrace. The house has sun all around in winter between 9 am and 4 pm.
Everything has just been rebuilt and refurbished. The interior is also totally new. Unfortunately, we do not allow smokers inside, no children under 8 years old or young people under 25 without parents.
The prices indicated are for use by 4 people. If you come with 5 or 6 people, we would like to discuss this in advance.
